Buckskin Gulch Tree and Boulder
Just upstream from the confluence with Paria River, Buckskin Gulch has a remarkable opening in the canyon where light shines and trees grow. The oasis has a golden glow
over Pine Glade Lake, Everglades Florida. Pine Tree silhouettes reflect off the amber water.
Stone Towers at Kanab Point stand hundreds of feet high. The massiveness of the Grand Canyon makes them seem just a small part of the whole. Just before sunrise, these tower glow with gold and purple light. Boulders perch on ledges awaiting the new day.
October 2015: Clouds Stretch Across the Morning Sky
Mosida is a pioneer trek site in central Utah. The grasslands and open spaces are beautiful. This beautiful morning the elements of nature were lovely indeed.

Key West Sunrise
Although simple to shoot, a sunrise over the ocean is always something special. The orange ball rose with fire and blinding rays.
September 2016: Kanab Point Sunrise! The first bright sun rays lighten the huge towers of stone at Kanab Point. The deep Grand Canyon and Kanab Creek are far below this high perch. This is a fantastic landscape photography location.
Buckskin Gulch Golden Wall
In long Buckskin Gulch, sometimes the canyon opens up and creates incredible, amazing lush sections. The wash provides water and enough lights comes through to allow trees to thrive.
