This waterfall is from Canaan Mountain, the mountain just south of Zion National Park. I hiked here last week and with all the snow melting, a virtual water heaven was all around me. This waterfall is my favorite of the day, but there were about 10 or so that I saw total. The whole experience was awesome. I packed my 70-200 f/4 lens along and hoped I wouldn't carry the weight in vain. At the top of the grueling trail, I saw this waterfall in the distance and KNEW that it would be great to get up close with the telephoto lens. I shot this one with ISO 400 to capture some motion in the water. Slower ISO ended up with just the water as a white line, which I didn't like as much as this capture.
